President Muhammadu Buhari has given his idea of what the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) should be, saying that it must be one that is economically integrated, politically stable, and socially in harmony with itself. He made the assertion on Thursday when he received the new President of the ECOWAS and his management.
